Hon’ble Shri Venkata Ramakrishna Badarinath Nandula is a Member Judicial, National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-1. Before joining NCLT, he served as the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-1 Chennai, for the full term of five years between 2016-2021. He had actively practiced on Civil, Commercial, Matrimonial and Arbitration law before various courts for over three decades before entering Tribunal service. Dr. Badarinath delivered guest lectures for Judicial Officers at Hyderabad, Judicial Officers Workshops and also for the students of law of Dr. B R Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University, DS National Law University, Visakhapatnam.
