He is also a Foreign Registered Lawyer with a right of audience at the Singapore International Commercial Court, a Registered Solicitor of England and Wales (Nonpracticing), and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He was part of the Special Committees set up, at various points in time, by the Law Commission of India, advising on the amendments to the Arbitration and Conciliation Act and analysis of India’s model Bilateral Investment Treaties.
