Mr. Jayesh Sanghrajka is a Senior Insolvency Professional with over four decades of experience in insolvency laws, corporate finance, investment banking, restructuring, private equity, AIF consultancy, and M&A advisory. He currently serves on the CII Task Force on Insolvency & Bankruptcy (2025–26) and the Insolvency and Valuation Board of ICAI (WIRC). Over the course of his career, he has advised government agencies and leading corporations, facilitated fundraising of over INR 6,000 crore, resolved debt claims exceeding INR 35,000 crore, safeguarded the interests of more than 25,000 homebuyers, and led over 20 successful CIRPs. He is also an active contributor to thought leadership in the insolvency ecosystem through publications and industry engagements.
