Anuj Jain has over 25 years of experience across deal advisory, restructuring, and transaction support, he has worked with multinational corporations, large Indian corporates, and private equity clients. Prior to KPMG, he was associated with EY’s transactions and restructuring team and Deloitte’s assurance practice. Mr. Anuj has led some of the most complex insolvency mandates as IRP/RP, including Jaypee Infratech Ltd (CIRP recently completed), Videocon Ltd, Ballarpur Industries Ltd, and C&C Towers Ltd. His expertise spans insolvencies, restructurings, operational turnarounds, cash and working capital management, interim management, and cross-border engagements across sectors such as automotive, real estate, industrial products, healthcare, FMCG, and oil & gas. He is a Chartered Accountant, member of IIPICAI, a registered Insolvency Professional with IBBI, and a commerce graduate from Delhi University.
