
CA. Manoj Fadnis is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit, specializing in Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standards and Direct Taxes, Corporate Laws, and Foreign Exchange Management Act, supported by decades of leadership in national and international accounting bodies. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of two listed companies, also chairing their Audit Committees, and is a member of the Standing Committee on Accounting Issues of IRDAI. He has also served on major bodies such as the IRDAI, the National Direct Taxes Advisory Committee, Company Law Committee of the MCA. Internationally, he was President of the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA), Chairman of its Public Sector Financial Management Committee (PSFMC), and a member of the Small and Medium Practitioners Committee (SMPC) of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). Over the years, he has also held board positions in government-nominated companies, chaired the MP Stock Exchange Ltd., and contributed to IFRS 17 convergence efforts. He has presented more than one thousand technical papers in seminars and conferences within India and internationally.
