Adv (CA.) Nipun Singhvi is a practising Advocate with extensive expertise in Corporate, Commercial, and Insolvency Laws. As an FCA, CS, LLB, and LLM (Corp. Laws), he has handled significant insolvency cases, including Jaypee Infratech, Lanco Infra, Essar Steel, and more. Nipun is also a financial activist, social activist, and RTI activist, advocating for public interest causes. His contributions extend to legal journals, lectures, and PILs. Adv (CA.) Nipun Singhvi has been a Member of World bank Insolvency group on ‘Train the Trainers’ jointly with IBBI, and IPA of all three institutes ICAI, ICSI & ICMAI.
