Mr. P. N. Anklesaria is a Partner in the Audit & Assurance practice in Mumbai with over 17 years of experience, leading statutory audits for major manufacturing clients. He comes with extensive expertise in Indian GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS, and has advised clients across banking, financial services, manufacturing, and infrastructure. He has also played a key role in several merger and acquisition assignments, including for one of India’s largest shipping companies. Mr. Peshwan’s work includes strengthening Internal Financial Controls, implementing regulatory changes under the Companies Act, 2013, and supporting fraud detection and risk mitigation initiatives. With deep knowledge of RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory frameworks, he is also a regular speaker on Indian GAAP and IND AS. Mr. Anklesaria is a Fellow Member of ICAI, an Associate Member of ICAEW, holds an LL.B. and B.Com from the University of Mumbai, and has completed the DISA qualification from ICAI.
