Mr. Paras Savla is a seasoned finance and tax professional with 28 years of experience, specialising in domestic and international taxation, investment structuring, valuations, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency resolution, ESOP design, tax litigation, and corporate finance. A former member of a Big Four transaction tax team, he is widely recognised for his insights and is frequently quoted in leading media, contributes to professional publications, and speaks regularly on taxation, corporate law, and regulatory matters. Mr. Savla has represented stakeholders before various government authorities, with several of his recommendations being accepted. He has also held notable leadership positions, including President of The Chamber of Tax Consultants and the CVO Chartered & Cost Accountants’ Association, and currently serves as Vice President (Finance) of the Indo-BeNeLux Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Mr. Savla is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, an Associate Member of ICAEW, a Registered Valuer (SFA), an Insolvency Professional, and a Certified Fraud Examiner.
