CA. Subodh Kumar Agrawal is a distinguished Chartered Accountant and legal professional with nearly three decades of experience in audits, corporate governance, regulatory matters, restructuring, and capital market assignments. He served as President of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for 2013–14 and as President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) in 2014.
