Hon’ble Shri Venkata Ramakrishna Badarinath Nandula is a Former Member Judicial, National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench-1. Before joining NCLT, he served as the Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal-1 Chennai, for the full term of five years between 2016-2021. He had actively practiced Civil, Commercial, Matrimonial, and Arbitration laws before various courts for over three decades before entering Tribunal service. Dr. Badarinath delivered guest lectures for Judicial Officers at Hyderabad, Judicial Officers Workshops and for the students of law of Dr. B R Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University, DS National Law University, Visakhapatnam. Hon’ble Shri Venkata Ramakrishna Badarinath Nandula is a Graduate in Commerce and a Doctorate in Law.
