The Insolvency & Valuation Standards Board (I & VSB) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

What is the theme of this International Convention organized by the I & VSB?

The theme of this International Convention on Insolvency Resolution and Valuation RESOLVE-2024 is Enabling Resolution, Maximising Value. This event is organized by the Board to spread networking and in-depth discussions on experiences across different jurisdictions in insolvency resolution and valuation. Given the current economic uncertainties, inflation and interest rate challenges globally, there is a pressing need to enhance the insolvency resolution framework and valuation process. The convention will host distinguished speakers and thought leaders to encourage professionals to think innovatively and equip themselves for upcoming challenges in insolvency resolution and valuation.

International Convention on Insolvency Resolution and Valuation will be held on 12th- 13th July 2024 at Bharat Mandapam, ITPO, New Delhi, India.

How do I register for the Convention?

What will be the charges/fees and modes of payment?
The registration fee for attending the event is as follows:
ICAI Members Non ICAI Members Foreign Delegates
Up to 30th June 2024 Rs. 7,500/- Rs. 10,000/- $ 250
30th June 2024 onwards Rs. 10,000/- Rs. 12,500/- $ 350
The mode of payment will be Online through the website. Please note payment done through any other mode will not be accepted.
Whether there is any discount on Group Registration?

There is a Discount of 10% for registrations in Group of 5 and above.

I have paid the registration fees but have not received any confirmation.

You will receive the confirmation within 48-72 hours once your payment will be credited.

What is the last date of registration?
Registrations shall remain open till seats for the Convention are available. Since we have limited number of seats, we request interested delegates to complete the registration process at the earliest by 11th July 2024 by visiting https://resolve.icai.org.
Can I register at the centre?

On-site registration is not available due to the limited availability of seats. You must register online through https://resolve.icai.org. We also suggest registering by the “Early Registration” deadline of 15th June 2024 for discounted registration fees.

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, I cannot come and I have registered, how do I cancel my registration?

Any cancellations or changes in your registration must be submitted in writing to ivsbresolve@icai.in

Cancellation up to date 15th June 2024: 50% of fees will be refunded; Cancellation on or after 16th June 2024, no registration fee will be refunded.

Any bank services charges/ convenience fee/ administration fees/ taxes will be deducted from all conference registration refunds and all refunds will be processed and issued within 30 days after the event.

What if I am not available to attend the Convention in person, will there be an option to attend virtually?

The Convention is being conducted through physical mode as of now.

How do I get to the conference venue or my hotel from the airport?

How can my organization become a Convention sponsor?

What is the Working language of the Convention?

The Working language of the Convention is English.

Are there any CPE credits offered for attending the Convention?

Yes,

  • 9 ICAI CPE hours will be credited to the member of ICAI who will be attending the Convention physically.
  • 6 IBBI CPE hours will be credited to the Insolvency Professionals registered with IBBI who will be attending the Convention physically.
  • 6 IBBI CPE hours will be credited to the Registered Valuers with IBBI who will be attending the Convention physically.
Is parking facility available at the Convention venue?

Yes

Are meals and accommodation included in the fees?

High Tea and dinner will be provided on 12th July and High Tea and Lunch will be provided on 13th of July as per the program schedule. Accommodation is not included in the fees.
