International Convention on Insolvency Resolution and Valuation
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), established by an Act of Parliament, is a statutory body with a steadfast commitment to regulating and advancing the accountancy profession in India, serving the nation's economy in the public interest.
In August 2023, ICAI organized the inaugural edition of the "RESOLVE-2023" International Convention on Insolvency Resolution in Singapore, in collaboration with The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India and the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI. This event, hosted by the Singapore Chapter of ICAI, was attended by 300 professionals and key stakeholders from various jurisdictions. The Convention featured sessions led by more than 30 prominent international and national thought leaders, sharing insights on insolvency resolution.
Building upon the resounding success of RESOLVE 2023, which garnered widespread acclaim, the Insolvency & Valuation Standards Board is thrilled to announce RESOLVE 2024 - International Convention on Insolvency Resolution and Valuation, on the theme "Enabling Resolution Maximizing Value" in the vibrant city of New Delhi. The convention, organized in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India ,Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI), ICAI Registered Valuers Organisation (ICAI RVO) and hosted by NIRC of ICAI, aims to continue the momentum of knowledge exchange and best practices established during RESOLVE 2023. In addition to the comprehensive coverage of insolvency matters, RESOLVE-2024 will also delve into the crucial aspect of valuation perspectives. This inclusion makes the convention even more appealing for participants, offering a holistic and in-depth exploration of key topics in the fields of insolvency and valuation by eminent speakers.
