Mr. Alexander Lawrence Yeo has area of practice include corporate, commercial, and insolvency disputes and arbitrations. He regularly represents and advises local and overseas corporations, financial institution noteholders and insolvency professionals on matters including major and cross border insolvencies and restructuring, crypto currency, banking and investment disputes, landlord/tenant claims, breaches of director’s duties, employment claims, estate disputes and information technology claims. He has acted as lead insolvency counsel for major creditors and insolvency professionals in numerous schemes of arrangement, judicial managements, liquidations and receiverships. He has been ranked in several leading lawyer publications including The Legal 500 Asia Pacific which describe Alexender as one of the “Key names for contentious insolvency matters” and “top notch” when it comes to considering issues with a 360 viewpoint and anticipating next moves.
