
Mr. Pulkit Deora is an Advocate and Chartered Accountant of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wale (ICAEW) with deep expertise in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in contentious insolvency, fraud, asset tracing, corporate restructuring, minority oppression, mergers, and complex commercial disputes. He regularly represents clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral institutions across India.
Pulkit began his career with Grant Thornton in London, where he gained substantial experience in forensic investigations, contentious insolvency, and litigation support, working on high-profile matters involving political corruption, multi-layered fraud and billion-dollar disputes. He currently serves as a member of the ICAEW Forensic and Expert Witness Group and Chairman of the INSOL India Young Practitioners’ Committee and is a well-known for his involvement in landmark insolvency matters, he plays an active role in India’s restructuring and dispute-resolution ecosystem, contributing significantly to professional development, thought leadership and mentoring of young practitioners.
