Mr. Sudhaker Shukla is currently the Course Director for the Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). He is a former Member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). During his tenure at IBBI, he oversaw the Research and Regulation Wing, which included Corporate Insolvency, Corporate and Voluntary Liquidation, Individual Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Research & Publications, Data Management & Dissemination, and Advocacy. In addition, he handled Human Resources, the National Insolvency and Graduate Insolvency Programmes, Continuing Professional Education, and the Knowledge Management & Partnership divisions. Mr. Shukla holds postgraduate degrees in Economics and Public Administration, as well as an M.Phil from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He further specialised in Public Economic Management at the University of Birmingham, where he was awarded the prestigious Order of Merit for securing the highest rank in his cohort. His work at the Ministry of Finance covered WTO matters, international trade, African Development Bank operations, and major World Bank–supported infrastructure projects. His core areas of expertise include energy, infrastructure, and trade.
