Mr. Yadwinder Singh is a finance professional with over a decade of experience across the insurance and insolvency sectors. He is currently a Manager at the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), where he has contributed significantly to policy formulation, regulatory amendments under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and key national initiatives on group and cross-border insolvency as part of high-level government committees. Before joining IBBI, he served as an Administrative Officer (Finance) at the Agriculture Insurance Company of India Ltd. An academic at heart, he holds an M.Com (Hons) in Finance from UBS, Panjab University, is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India, and has completed the Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law from INSOL International. He has also authored and presented several research papers at national and international forums.
