Mr. Sanjeev Pandey is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over three decades of expertise in insolvency, restructuring and stressed asset resolution. As CEO and General Secretary (Honorary) of the Association of Insolvency Professional Entities (AIPE), he plays a key role in advancing its vision and mission. Earlier, as Deputy General Manager and Head of the NCLT Division at SBI, he oversaw more than 1,000 CIRPs involving debts of over ₹75,000 crore and helped shape effective insolvency strategies. During his deputation to the IBBI, he contributed to drafting major regulations on corporate insolvency, liquidation, fast-track and voluntary processes. He has also served internationally as Executive Vice President at SBI Singapore, managing an $800 million investment portfolio and driving treasury innovations. A Delhi University alumnus, Mr. Pandey holds an LL.B. from Mewar University and has been a Visiting Faculty at IIM Jammu.
