Shri Sunil Pant is registered as an Independent Director with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. He is also a Council Member with two Global Consultancy organizations and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi. Shri Sunil Pant is an ex-CEO of the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI). He has been a guest speaker at various Management Institutes and Chambers of Commerce and participated in Phone-in broadcasts on AIR, TV Programs, Webcasts, etc. He has conducted Webinars on wide-ranging subjects ranging from Strategic Affairs to Banking, Insolvency & Bankruptcy and has also written for newspapers and magazines on related matters. Shri Sunil Pant has retired from the State Bank of India (SBI) after more than 37 years of service as Chief General Manager, Financial Control, from SBI’s Corporate Centre. His Qualifications include MSc in Physics, BSc (Hons) Statistics, LLB (India) and “Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers.” (CAIIB).
