Terms & Conditions

• ICAI reserves the rights to accept or reject the sponsorship proposal as per its policy.
• Sponsorship options and Exhibition Stalls will be allocated on First Come First Serve Basis.
• Tariffs quoted are exclusive of Taxes as applicable. The booking request must be made with full 100% payment.
• Sponsorship Participation is not guaranteed until full and final payment is made.
• Written confirmation of booking will be given after 100% advance payment is received.
• Sponsors should register their representative names with ICAI 15 days before the start of the Convention and all such person should compulsorily wear badges.
• ICAI reserves the right to change the venue, dates or rearrange the Exhibition layout at any time due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Sponsorship / Exhibitor confirmed are non-transferrable.
• Microphone or any promotional activities, hindering or disturbing other sponsor/exhibitor will not be permitted. This is a must for security purpose.
• The number of representatives of the sponsor/exhibitor at the convention venue will be limited, depending on the extent of sponsorship, at the discretion of ICAI.
• ICAI reserves the right to modify or rearrange the floor plan or even cancel any Sponsorship/Exhibitor, without assigning any reason thereof.
• The sponsor/exhibitor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels and other areas of the venue. In case of any such damage, the sponsor/exhibitor will have to indemnify the Conference Hotel for the same.
• The date and time of handover of the exhibition space shall be communicated to all near the Convention dates.
• Appointed Electrical Contractor will execute all electrical connections inside the stall and other areas. The sponsors / exhibitors are required to intimate ICAI in writing on the additional points required by them at least three weeks in advance. Please note all extra points/connections would be charged on Pro-rata basis.
• List of equipment/materials required by the sponsor for the exhibition has to be shared in advance with ICAI for seeking approval from the Hotel (venue).
• Upon receipt of Sponsorship cancellation notice, ICAI shall have the absolute discretion to resell the sponsorship item(s) forfeited.
